Depression & Sexual Dysfunction
Depression has many causes and it can cause many problems in and of itself. So when comparing depression with sexual dysfunction, it is so often a question of the chicken and the egg, which came first? Some would say that they became depressed when they started experiencing sexual dysfunction, and others would say that their sex drive dropped or completely disappeared and they started experiencing problems when they became depressed or for that matter when they started taking medications for the original problem.
So how does depression actually affect sexual dysfunction or otherwise, and can products like ExtenZe actually treat both in some cases? In truth, there are a number of things that can affect or aggravate sexual dysfunction. They include cardiovascular disease, diabetes, prostate cancer, depression, and menopause.
Basically, when it comes right down to it, many of us consider sexual function desirable and vital to some degree. So to have issues with it can cause some degree of depression among some. But it’s not just that. And this is why if you suffer from both these problems, you should treat both of these problems, not just one hoping that the other will fall into line. So you should not just rely on a product like ExtenZe for natural results for example.
Basically, the brain is the body’s most sensitive “sexual organ” persay. Sexual desire and drive starts in the brain and then it works its way down. Neurotransmitters help in the delivery of this message, and therefore in blood flow to those organs and related erections and otherwise. So depression can cripple this process in and of itself, whether it was actually the original reason for the problem or if it was the other way around. It could turn into an endless cycle.
Over time, this affects hormones, it affects happiness, and realistically, of course, some would even say that sex is a natural anti depressant releasing a number of endorphins into the bloodstream and body in general. However, when addressing this, the best thing to do is to address both problems, whether with two different treatments or one.
While I would not really recommend relying on natural antidepressants, if you are looking for a natural sexual enhancer and health drug, I would recommend not ExtenZe, because ExtenZe doesn’t actually work. I would recommend a product called Orexis. Orexis has a number of powerful sexual enhancing ingredients with those for greater stamina and various other benefits. And all in all, Orexis actually has the potential to work. So it would definitely be something to check out.
